Every project undertaken by Oxezga is governed by these terms. The acceptance of a quote, issuance of an invoice, or the initiation of any collaboration implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Ownership: All content, code, strategic plans (Business Plans), and designs remain the exclusive property of Ombrezga until the agreed fee is paid in full. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

AI & Trademarks: Graphics and content generated through Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools are provided under the licenses of their respective technology providers (Midjourney, OpenAI, etc.). Any depictions resembling third-party trademarks or logos (such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta, etc.) are used strictly for illustrative and descriptive purposes to demonstrate our service scope and activity on these platforms. Ombrezga explicitly declares that it has no official affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from the owners of such trademarks.

Free to Use/Open Source Material: We use free-to-use and open-source material in good faith for the development of our projects. If any creator believes that any part of our content violates their rights, please contact us at info@oxezga.com for immediate review or removal.

4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

Strategy & Results: We provide consultancy services based on market data. Ombrezga does not guarantee specific financial results, profits, or funding approvals, as these depend on external market factors.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not liable for changes in algorithms, terms of service, or pricing policies of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, etc.).

Technical Functionality: Automations and websites are delivered "as-is." The Company is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from updates to third-party software or APIs.

5. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from the use of our services or this website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA, and is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
